So I was emailing the bursar's office up at UTD and the response I received was signed as follows:

Loryn Abrams
Vault Manager
Bursar's Office

Apparently the Vault Overseer (Who is indisputably the most important person in Vault 101: He who shelters us from the harshness of the atomic wasteland, and to whom we owe everything we have, including our lives) needed some help with the day to day administrative duties of running the vault.
