there needs to be a place to meet new people that has some sort of magical screening system. only cool (cool by my standards (which are also most of my friend's standards)) people would be allowed in. it seems like anytime i do manage to meet some new people they turn out to be jackasses and/or inane bitches. it's quite frustrating. even if they aren't that bad, they at least aren't anywhere near as interesting as my close circle of friends and are often times quite annoying.

maybe they would be fairly cool if i got to know the better, but that's hard when they're all jackasses, inane bitches, or just plain uninteresting.

oh well, i guess i just gotta keep trying. play the odds and such...
